Books published by Rios Press are produced to very high quality standards and are securely packaged for shipment. In the unlikely event that a book is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com.
We will normally ask you to return defective or damaged items to us and we will refund reasonable return freight costs. We will make every effort to process items returned to Corpus Rios online store within 3 business days of receipt at our office.
Our policy is to replace defective or damaged items, but where this is not possible, we will issue a credit for the purchase. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures.
